The large outdoor areas (1200 M²) that frame this splendid example of rustic architecture features a private pool (size 6×3 mt. x 1.40 mt. depth, under construction and available from May 2021) with sea view terrace, shaded area providing a relaxing outdoor living and comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing; all adorned with Mediterranean pines, cork oaks and strawberry trees.
Internally, the house has been furnished and decorated with a great love for detail in a typical Sicilian style with works of art and crafts made by local artists and equipped with modern comforts.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a large panoramic veranda with kitchen/dining area equipped with barbecue and a mini-bar stocked with Sicilian wines, soft drinks and local organic products.
The nearby fishing village of Sant’Ambrogio (1500 meters) offers essential services such as restaurants and bars, a small supermarket, and a post office, while in Cefalù (6 km) guests can find all kinds of amenities.
Of Greek origin, the small town of Cefalù is included in the club of “the most beautiful villages in Italy” and its splendid cathedral counting in the UNESCO list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
