Included in the price: bed and bath linen per person - weekly change, Wi-Fi, baby cot & highchair for babies under 2 years old, electricity/water & ktchen gas consumption, final cleaning, pool towels, espresso coffee capsules, welcome basket.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): tourist tax, security deposit € 250 (cash) at the time of arrival.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (on request): air conditioning € 15/day, heating € 5/m3, change of linen € 15/person.
Payment terms:
30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
