The owners (very polite and discrete people) leave the lower ground floor with own access and outdoor area, and are in no way limiting the guests’ total privacy.Elevated ground floor: spacious living room with access door onto the large panoramic terrace (50 M²), fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with and extra single bed, 1 bathroom with bath tub/shower, 1 bathroom with shower.Swimming pool (shared with max 3/4 people) available from May to September.

Included in the price: bed and bath linen per person/week, WI-FI, Baby cot & highchair for babies under 2 years old, electricity/water and kitchen gas consumption, welcome pack, final cleaning.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): domestic pet € 50/stay - only 1 small zised (less than 10kg), tourist tax, security deposit € 250 (cash) at the time of arrival.

70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
