It also includes one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.Two of the most appealing features of the house are the swimming pool and the terrace above it. Between swims, guests can relax on the terrace, sipping a glass of wine and admiring the beautiful landscape.In one corner of the garden, you'll find a variety of cultivated vegetables, including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and salad greens. These are easily accessible to guests, making them perfect for enjoying freshly picked delights

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
