Included in the price: bed and bath linen per person - weekly change, final cleaning, baby cot & highchair, electricity/water & kitchen gas consumption.
Not included in the price to be corresponded on site (mandatory): tourist tax, security deposit € 250 (cash) upon arrival.
Not included in the price to be corresponded on site (on request): Wi-Fi € 20/week, heating on consumption € 2/m3.

30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
