Private garden and private swimming pool.The property is proposed as independent accommodation with garden and pool for guests’ exclusive use. On the rear of the building, secluded and provided with own access, is a basement floor where the owners, an elderly couple, live. They are extremely discreet and respectful of guests’ privacy that holidaymakers will hardly experience their presence, but nevertheless available in case of need.

Included in the price: bed and bath linen per person - weekly change, baby cot & highchair, Wi-Fi, pool towels, electricity/water & kitchen gas consumption.
Not included in the price to be paid on site (mandatory): final cleaning € 13/person, pet € 50 each/stay (max 2), tourist tax (where applicable), security deposit € 250 (cash) upon arrival.
Not included in the price to be paid on site (on request): heating on consumption € 5/m3.
Payment terms:
30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
