The cottage is the result of a renovation which transformed this ancient barn (part of the tiny hamlet of Torri) into a beautiful and comfortable semi-detached studio.Accommodation is offered in a part of the house boasting its private entrance and a fenced garden with a swimming pool (5x10 m. 1,20 deep/available April - October) for guests’ exclusive use.In the other half of the building (with private access on the opposite side) lives the owner, who is discreet, respectful and never intrusive but always available in case of need.As an added bonus, the owners provide the opportunity to book an authentic homemade Tuscan dinner or pizza, cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven.Accommodation:Ground floor: entrance hall, bedroom with kitchenette, full bathroom with shower.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
