Guests will have access to three comfortable and spacious living rooms, ideal for moments of relaxation or conviviality. Additionally, billiards enthusiasts can enjoy pleasant games in the dedicated lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a traditional wood-fired oven, ideal for lovers of good food and culinary evenings. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by greenery, offers the perfect setting for dining under the stars.
Villa Vallis offers 11 finely furnished bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There are 10 full bathrooms and a service bathroom available, providing functionality and convenience for large groups.
The vast outdoor space is a true gem, with a well-maintained arboretum park surrounding the villa. The private garden hosts a splendid swimming pool, available from April to September, measuring 3 meters by 9 meters. The depth of the pool is gradual, varying from 1 meter to 1.7 meters, making it suitable for swimmers of all abilities.

30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
