Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): extra electricity on consumption € 0,50/Kwh, pet € 50 each/stay (max 2), tourist tax (where applicable), security deposit € 500 (cash) at the time of arrival.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (on request): pool towels € 4/unit, jacuzzi € 300/week, central heating € 300/week from 22.04-24.06 and 26.08-23.09, pool heating € 700/week remaining periods.

30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
