Villa Amena is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool for exclusive use with enchanting views of the valley and surrounding hills: a true oasis of peace and absolute privacy!
The inviting swimming pool (6x12 m., depth 1.50 m.) is located about 20 meters from the building, is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols and is available from June 1st to September 30th.
Accommodation is offered on the two floors of the building, with a large living room with characteristic brick vaults, a dining area with fireplace and a kitchen on the ground floor, while on the first floor, accessed by an elegant wooden staircase, there are 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.

Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): Final cleaning € 250, Tourist tax (where applicable), Security deposit € 300 in cash at the time of arrival, Domestic pet € 50/each per stay (where applicable).

Payment terms:
30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
