The inviting swimming pool (6×12 m., depth 1.50 m.) is located about 20 meters from the building, is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols and is available from May to September.

Accommodation is offered on the two floors of the building, with a large living room with characteristic brick vaults, a dining area with fireplace and a kitchen on the ground floor, while on the first floor, accessed by an elegant wooden staircase, there are 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.

Thanks to its central location and excellent road network (A1 motorway approx. 15 km) Villa Amena is an excellent starting point for half-day/full-day excursions to every corner of Tuscany as well as the neighbouring regions of Umbria, Lazio and Emilia Romagna.
