Included in the rental price: bath towels - midweek change, bed linen - weekly change, pool towels - weekly change, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned weekly 3h, baby cot, electricity up to 210 Kwh per week, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, water and kitchen gas consumption, table linen, welcome basket (organic breakfast items).
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): extra electricity € 0,40/Kwh, tourist tax € 1 per person and night for max 8 consecutive nights (children under 12 years of age are exempt), security deposit € 500 in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
