Set on one level, the house cosy interior includes a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms (one of which is accessed from outside) and three bathrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, 4 TVs, bbq and private parking.
Ideal solution for relaxing holidays by the sea, Maris is only a few minutes’ drive from Noto and its charming town centre. In this area can also be visited Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, the Vendicari and the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserves, the characteristic fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
