Included in the price: bed and bath linen per person - weekly change, baby cot & high chair for babies under 2 years old, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electricity/water and kitchen gas consumption.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): final cleaning € 15/person, tourist tax, security deposit € 350 (cash) at the time of arrival.
Payment terms:
30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
